Shower temperature control is nearly impossible, with a frustratingly slow hot water process!!! The noise level from the street is unbearable at night!!!

The staff was exceptionally attentive, making our experience enjoyable. A highlight was a thoughtful birthday surprise for my wife, complete with decorations and a cake upon our return to the room, showcasing the team's dedication to guest satisfaction. However, some areas could use a bit more attention to detail, such as timely service in a few instances and the need for improved communication during peak times.

They upgraded us to a small suite, and it was a total bonus. The views from the bar on the 35th floor were just unreal, felt like kingpins looking down on our empire.

Additionally, I noticed some renovations in the area which started early in the morning, causing an annoying wake-up call without any prior notice. The room didn't quite meet expectations, as I encountered an odd odor that lingered throughout my stay, although they did try to mitigate it with an air purifier.
